Does Raven’s shooter bullet modifier kick in immediately after you choose your shooter?
Does Raven’s posse bullet modifier kick in immediately after both parties have chosen their shooters?
Which is to ask: Is Raven’s bonus (“your shooter…”) assessed and applied before his penalty (“your posse…”) is assessed and applied?
Or even generally for Raven, Hellstromme, and Stone - do all shooter modifiers apply (in choosing order: leader then mark) before all posse modifiers?
I assume yes, yes, yes, and yes. A little nit-picky, but potentially an important distinction in cases where the difference could be victory or defeat. Thanks!
