When Shield of Faith effect is active and cards like Behold White Bull are used to create additional casualties, what is the interaction between effects?

Shootout Tau Technique, Boot: Increase the casualties of both posses this round by this dude’s influence. Your opponent may send all dudes in their posse home booted. If they do, this dude permanently gets +2 control points and unboots.

Shield of Faith protects does not prevent:
-Casualties for losing a round of a shootout
-Aces or discards that are a result of the owners card abilities
-As a result of the owners traits.
Behold would therefore not cause additional casualties if used by the player that is the Shield caster or an opposing player using Behold.
Flamethrower and A Righteous Fury also are turned off as the casualties can only come from losing the round, not from these outside sources. Flamethrower and Righteous fury are “extra” on top of the actual “losing” casualties, but they still aren’t casualties that are only because the player lost.
