Another good point, and even if you’re not able to boot people directly, a sliding Morgan player might boot a dude to get a discount on a deed with the original home, or have Androcoles Brocklehurtst booted at home (although in the latter case he’s probably got friends to pistol whip for him, so worth sending someone to back-up the bounty hunter).
Red - I’ll admit I was worried about the Judge deck when I saw the experienced Judge Harry previewed, but testing has made me more confident against it too (spent several days testing it). It’s a lot less intimidating when you’re used to playing against it - often the best decision is to just let the judge’s job through unless you’ve got great shootout/anti-cheatin’ cards. Then you can build you own town and squat on your opponent’s deeds and outlast the judge. The judge takes time to build control points, so it’s generally only a turn 1 win if you go “all in” opposing the job (which I’ll admit is tempting!).
