As per the title:
Takama Said is home. My participant was at a city location involved in a duel and I played Not Today as my combat card, which states: "When your round ends, move your participant Home engaged.".
My participant is now home and engaged, from the Not Today, so may I now use the reaction on Takama, who is also home, to "After a duel ends / Heal a wound from your participating character at Takama's location."
