Well, for Classic that card is Drawing a Bead. You don’t do anything for one round, then the next round you can triple your bullets.
Run this out of Sioux War Party. Have say Wise Cloud xp, get a a Tattoo, keep a Spirit Pipe, cast Secret Paths, and then smoke ‘em Pipe o’ Peace. That should give ol’ Dub-Cee a Shaman rating of oh, say 14. Of course, he’s going to buff Tioga Joe who just happens to have a double-barreled Shotgun. So ol’ Tioga is at 18 bullets. But he stands in the fire no probs. Next round draws 54 cards or whatever is left of the deck. Pull out your DMH, discard everything else, including your jokers. Hilarity ensues.
But longwei fu doesn’t add a bullet to a guy, just gives you another stud bonus. I thought we were trying to get a single dude to the highest stud.
