Here’s a thread with Reloaded’s “Boot Hill” for characters who passed away in the story and how! We need to clean that thread up, put everything in one list and archive it in various places.

EDIT: I’ll keep updating this list as and when it’s needed. With the Curtain Rises, things look like they’re about to kick off again in Gomorra. Chances are not everyone is going to make it through the coming events in one piece.
