108 Righteous Bandits Deck Build

Does anyone have the deck list for the 101 that won the sheriff event? I'm just getting started in DT:R and they appeal to me.

But if you just started playing keep in mind that this is a rather unusual build for the Bandits, or at least does not use Kung Fu techniques that make it differ from other Outfits.
