So another question, does The Hand mean having at least one card or can it be played when it is the last card left?
CroyLCM — 10/12/2022 you announce the card and then pay the cost. If you have no other cards in your hand then so be it. it says to discard your hand, not “discard your hand of at least 1 card” so it works as the last card in your hand
