A dude wearing a Yagn’s Mechanical Skeleton is in a …It’s who you know shootout. The Yagn’s gets Unprepared. Does the influence from Yagn’s count or not?

The influence still counts. The influence from yagn’s is not provided via trait, ability, or bullet bonus, so it still counts the influence bonus.

Action • Cost 0
Shootout: Choose a dude. Boot that dude and their attached cards. That dude gets –1 bullets and cannot use their abilities. Their attached cards lose all traits, abilities, and bullet bonuses.

To add some clarification because of the action card involved.

Influence bonuses are still just that even in a shootout that lets you use influence for a shootout hand instead of bullets.
