When a card creates extra casualties (grim servant o death) does reducing casualties to zero through no turning back effect those as well?

Correct, it does reduces those casualties as well.

Pending effects (Barton Everest, Grim SoD, Accidental Reunion, etc) happen during the trait timing window.
Casualties created at that point can subsequently be reduced to 0 by No Turning Back in the Resolution step.
