During a job, for his react ability is Frank allowed to go home booted after an opponent decided to oppose the job, or must he use it when you form a posse to start a job?

After Frank joins the mark’s posse or a posse opposing a job, if he is wanted, he unboots.
React: After posses are formed, if Frank is in your posse, send him home booted.
The React is used after posses are formed- not your posse, but both posses.
You can use Frank Stillwell to start the Desolation Row job, as the only dude in your posse, and then use his React after your opponent forms their posse to oppose, leaving them booted and looking foolish.
