…It’s who You Know

Noon: One of your dudes calls out an opposing dude at their location. All dudes in both posses use their influence rather than their bullet rating for the shootout (but keep their bullet type). Your dude becomes a stud for this shootout.

Auto Gatling

After this is invented, attach it to your home or to a deed you control.
This card’s owner has a +2 stud bullet bonus during shootouts at this location. Unbooted dudes not controlled by this card’s owner get -1 influence while at this location.

Longwei Fu

While Longwei is at home, your posse has an extra +1 stud bonus (at any location, even if Longwei is not in the posse).

If I use …It’s Who You Know to start a shootout at a location with Auto Gatling attached, does Auto Gatling still provide a +2 stud bullet bonus? Just curious as it specifies bullet bonus and bullet ratings aren’t used in the shootout.

If Longwei Fu is at home during this shootout, does he provide a +1 stud bonus? He doesn’t specify bullet bonus.

Hello.

Both effects work in a vigorous debate.

Take your pick of-
a) The technical option- …IWYK states that “All dudes in both posses use their influence rather than their bullet rating for the shootout” but Auto Gatling isn’t a dude so it works normally.
b) The “putting the right words on cards in these games is hard but hopefully getting better” option- Experimental templating of posse bonuses, both should apply, as will Raven’s penalty effect.
