To clarify: Per the ruling present in the Jasper Stone and “Shooter” timing thread, specifically question 3, Jasper Stone will provide a permanent control point and +1 permanent bullets to your shooter even if the target of the ability was aced prior to shooters being declared. If the shootout goes for multiple rounds, would your shooter get the bonus every time shooters are declared, since the conditions are still being met?
