Ol' Howard and Idol of Tlazolteotl

Can [[Idol of Tlazolteotl]] be used to move [[Ol Howard]] when he is attached to a deed?

In favour: he is a card that you own and attached to a location.
Also mentioned as an interaction in this thread: Ol' Howard and Monte Bank

Against:
The rules compenium entry for Idol of Tlazolteotl:
To determine whether the new deed is legal, examine whether the card could attach to the
deed when it first entered play. If it could, it is legal to move the attached card to that
deed.
When Ol Howard first entered play (during game setup), he was a dude and could not attach to a deed.
It is his grifter react ability that allows him to attach.

Thanks for the question! It appears in the Monte Bank thread Ol' Howard and Monte Bank
It was mentioned but not specified.

Yes, using Idol to move the attached Ol Howard is a legal play.
