Can my own effects change my bullet type to a draw? The comma is somewhat awkward; I would expect a completely separate sentence if the “another player’s shootout ability” was intended to only be applied to the bullet lowering, but no comma at all if it was intended to apply to both.
This, like Morgan Cattle Company, was an error of Base Set templating using commas that we have been actively addressing in the Pine Box era. You can treat the sentence as follows.
“This dude cannot be changed to a draw. This dude cannot have their bullets lowered by another player’s Shootout ability.”
Your own effects will not change the bullet type to a draw.
