Before I go through all the effort in making a deck, quick question about this new spoiler.
Does Shan Fan Showdown’s “Shootout abilities cannot decrease casualties” ability prevent Heartseeker from being used during the shootout (First line reads “Shootout Hex 5, Boot: Reduce your opponent’s casualties this round by 3.”)?

Shan Fan Showdown does actually stop Heartseeker, this is due to the first line of the text (requirement clause) being unable to be fulfilled.
