Does Mixer’s shootout effect cancel the Mysteriis’ +1 stud bonus? Why or why not?

The Mixer
Shootout: Choose a dude. For the duration of this shootout, that dude ignores all bullet modifiers except from attached goods.

De Annulos Mysteriis
Noon: Ace this card to search your discard pile for an action card that starts a job marking a location. Play the card, making this dude the leader if able. While leading the job, this dude has +1 bullets and is a stud.

Great question!

De Annulos Mysteriis is not an attached goods; the card has already been aced, so it’s basically just a floating effect similar to a bullet modifier from an action card, and therefore The Mixer will work to cancel the bullet modifiers.
