The Orphanage and Cooke's Nightcap

My opponent controls my Cooke’s Nighcap, and therefore the deed has 2 control points:

Cooke’s Nightcap
This deed has 2 control points while controlled by a player other than its owner.

I control The Orphanage, and boot it now for its ability:

The Orphanage
Controller Noon, Boot: All deeds with 2 or more control points have -1 control point and +2 production until after the next Upkeep phase.

Since Cooke’s now has 2 control points, it is affected by The Orphanage and has -1 control point and +2 production until after the next Upkeep phase.

If my opponent moves their dude away from Cooke’s Nightcap, it loses its 2 control points.
How much production does it have now? (printed value is 3)

If my opponent later in the turn moves a dude back to control it, does Cooke’s Nightcap have 2 control points, or 1?
How much production does it have now?

Seen and under review by the Rules Team. Please have patience during the holiday weekend.

@soulblight, excellent question! The effects of the Orphanage will stay. Until after the next upkeep phase, the deed is -1CP and +2 production, regardless if control changes.
