$5 minimum (but please donate any extra you are able) to join the 24 hour event starting Nov. 3 midnight UTC (8pm Eastern Nov 2) If you are tight on funds and can’t make the minimum, please private message me - we got some extra donations that could pay for at least a couple folks entry fees.
After the 24 hour event the league opens up for free to everyone.
If you’d like to sponsor a player (say, $3 or $5 per game played in the 24 hour period), please either post here or let me know and I’ll get you and a player hooked up.
All payments to my paypal at prodigy@overt-it.com, and I’ll be making one big payment from our event at the end of the 24 hours (and if we get any “sponsors” we’ll do a 2nd round of a donation after everyone gets theirs in).

People are normally very helpful when it comes to teaching OCTGN and glad you’re excited to take part! The Doomtown discord server is good for getting help setting up not just OCTGN but also organising league games and general chat: Doomtown.
They are on and off as we find games, and I will edit this post as more are added.
EDIT: The stop-time for this has been pushed back 1.5 hours, as we weren’t able to start until an hour and a half after the scheduled time due to OCTGN network issues. Official end will be 1:30am Nov 4.
Also, they are giving a ton of gaming-related prizes away at conplus.live - just about every hour they are giving away prizes!
The 24 hour charity event concludes, with no doubt about who the winner was: congratulations to @shekky_ducky who took the event by storm with 10 games played in 24 hours, and 7 of those being wins!
Including the folks I know about who put up links in their Facebook walls, we raised over $650 as a group!!! Thank you to everyone who participated and donated, this money goes to a fantastic cause - more terminally ill children will be a little happier because of our efforts.

Seconding this - now matter how well or badly something did, playtest team is interested in decklists. Useful to know what is fun/not fun, or things that need a little more support to work etc.
