How does Angélica’s ability work with jobs, specifically the Desolation Row job?
If she doesn’t join the job and it is opposed, she can then join the posse as a Shootout action and participate from an adjacent location. She can only do this once per day as per ability rules, and can do so even if booted.
If she does join the job, then she follows the job rules for joining a posse (boots to join and moves to the town square if she’s not already there).

The shootout only happens if the job is opposed.

If she’s joined the initial posse attempting the Desolation Row job, then she won’t be using her ability - she would follow all the usual rules.
If a separate posse is attempting the job and is opposed and she’s at a location adjacent to the shootout, she can use her ability to join the shootout without moving or booting. After the job shootout is resolved, she’ll join everyone else in the posse in going home booted.
