Hey there Doomtown people,
I recently bought back into Doomtown because of the new release hype and opened my sealed core sets yesterday. Sadly some of my cards are heavily crumpled, seems like that happened at the factory since the cards were sealed. Is it possible to get them replaced, if so, what company should I contact regarding this issue?
Where did you purchase them? If from Pinnacle I would suggest going through them, If from your local games shop it maybe best trying to contact AEG customer service to see if they have replacements.
Via online shop, so I guess I’ll contact AEG first.
I would actually go direct to the online shop if I were you first, and then AEG. Online shops tend to have greater amounts of stock and will be better prepared to send another one out
