Essence of Armitage´s react ability says:
React, Boot: After an opposing dude flees this shootout, this dude permanently gains 1 control point.
If an opposing dude is sent home via a card effect (i.e Soul Blast or Rite of the Profane Abstersion), does the player with the Essence get the control point?
In other words, is the dude sent home considered to have fled? Or does the react only work in the “flight or fight” step of the shootout?
