Continuing the discussion from Blights serum & forming posses:

For Jobs, the movement of the Posse from the location/adjacent to the location of the leader to the location of the mark includes the term “sequentially:”

Third, all dudes currently in the leader’s posse move sequentially to the location of the mark. Once your current posse is at the mark, you move to the next step.

What is mean by “sequentially” in this case? Does it mean one-by-one?
If so, does the player leading the job decide who moves first?

Correct. In the case of a Job, the controller of the Leader chooses the sequence of movement for Step 3.

Sequential was used to simplify certain scenarios . For example, Smiling Tom could be chosen to join after a Fourth Ring member.
