Framed "or" choice

Framed:

Noon: Choose an opposing dude and pay ghost rock equal to their influence. That dude’s controller either boots them and pays you 1 ghost rock, or gives that dude 1 bounty.

If I play Framed on a booted dude, does it automatically default to the “give 1 bounty” option or my opponent can resolve only the “pays 1 ghost rock” part?

Correct! This would also be the case if you chose a Dude wearing Yagn’s, as the Dude cannot be booted by the card and is therefore not able to make the choice.
