What are the best decks/strategies against it?
I think that aggressive decks that run targeted jobs are the best, but there is one problem with it, most of your dudes will be low value/grit so in case you don’t draw any of them very early you might (and most probably will) find yourself in a very difficult possition.
Gadgets - Hands down the best deck for it.

That’s 8 guys that can’t be Paralysed right off the bat.
Other than that unboot effects like Louis and Perry are a solid option.
Dumbstruck is all of the above in one. Unboot your dude AND make them immune to control nonsense.
