Q: If I play “Improvising” and I target my opponent’s “A New Strategy”, will “A New Strategy” be sent to the locker after resolving and then the remaining text on Improvising will sink the card (place A New Strategy at the bottom of my deck) after?
Answer: Once A New Strategy resolves it will be sent to the Locker due to its own text and it CANNOT return to play or be sunk as part of the remaining effect on Improvising.
