Hello guys,

Is it legal to use Kabeda’s trait on a totem from a location controlled by another player ?

Also, is it legal/possible to use Silver Pheasant’s Bounty with Kabeda’s trait when she is on a location that isn’t a deed (aka a Home or Town Square) ?

Kabeda:
Once per turn, Kabeda can use a Noon ability on an unbooted Totem in an adjacent location.
SPB
Attaches only to deeds. This deed has +1 production.

Noon Spirit 6, Boot: Boot this deed to gain 2 ghost rock.
