Does the text of Lacy O’Malley that prevents me from removing cards from my discard pile prevent me from using the Resolution ability on LeMat Revolver, or does the card never actually move?

The Lemat Revolver doesn’t actually take the card out of your discard. It essentially just “looks” at the card to see if you can set up 3 different pairs. Lacy O’Malley will not prevent a LeMat from working.
