A card’s value cannot go above 13 or below 1. However, can pulls go outside of those values?
I would assume that if I pull a king with a skilled dude with a rating of 2, my pull has a value of 15, but I could be mistaken.
You are correct! There is no maximum and often when calculating Grit for purposes of cards like Soul Blast, that additional skill rating will allow you to go above 13 to possibly hit those high Grit targets. Minimum is 1.
