In the 1988 movie Nightmare at Noon… George Kennedy (from the naked gun movies) plays the sheriff of a small western town and the bad guy is played by the replicant at the beginning of Blade Runner that doesnt know what a turtle is. So…in the movie…there is a substance in the water that turns everone’s blood vulcan green and makes them want to stab/ shoot/ run over everyone they meet. Perhaps some of the cards like mark of pestilence and incubation were foretelling things to come in this expansion. And the guy on the packaging kinda looks like George Kennedy (with a mustache)
