Pine Box Entertainment will also be in attendance at Origins this year! We are following recommendations from previous years and hosting a stand alone event on Saturday, but will be present for pick up games in the hall with prize support. We are looking to learn from you, our players, if we should host additional events next year. We have a demo table at A216

Doomtown Reloaded: Name A Card Event
The winner of this event will work with the design team to name a card that will appear in an upcoming Doomtown: Reloaded expansion.

Got some independent, obscure, or old CCGs? Want to play or learn a new CCG in a casual environment? Weā€™ll have decks for Call of Cthulhu, Doomtown, Decipher Star Wars, X-Files, Shadowfist - or, bring another game and teach us!

We will also be hosting demos at row #700 at Charles Urbachā€™s booth High Noon on Friday with the assistance our new World Champion, Max Way!

There will be plenty of previously released kits and GenCon tins to go around for impromptu gatherings in the open play area throughout the week.

Lastly, weā€™ve got something special coming in to show off live for the first time.

New additional schedule items:
-Thursday @4pm: We will be streaming from an exhibitor booth with Game Trade Media.

-Friday @Noon: We will be set up with Charles Urbach at booth #700, where he will have a limited number of the ā€˜No Turning Backā€™ errata promo playmats and mouse pads available.

-Friday @7pm: Wolf Ridge Brewing Social: Joined with our friends from Oh Cluck and Radiant, we will have some impromptu test games complete with prize support!

-Saturday we will be in the Event Hall for the Name A Card event with support for more side events. Come find us at A216 for support for random pod events after rounding up a posse :slight_smile:

Weā€™ll be present at the Thursday event with some support for Doomtown Classic.

If youā€™re in early weā€™ll be around on Wednesday for anyone up for games and talking Doomtown :cowboy_hat_face:

To recap:

Many thanks to Jodi and Clint from Pinnacle Entertainment Group, my wife Christine, and our volunteers, Max, Jevon, and Zach, and all the players, new and old, who joined us to play Doomtown in Columbus, OH.

Zachary Seldon and Charles Penn played off in a Regulator battle of the Servitors, Raven v. Hellstromme, in a lengthy final that ended with Raven victorious.

For their endurance in this match, both players are going to name a card. Zach chose Tomas Ramirez, who will be an upcoming Sloane dude. Charles will be naming a Fourth Ring abomination.

Looking forward to the big shebang in GenCon as our next major outing!
