Definitely an interesting card, albeit not super strong… yet.
I like that they’re printing more 0 CP deeds, but unlike the Stagecoach Office they actually give income 
and even Private!
Also really like that it’s strikes you control rather than own. This card does an amazing job of marrying the theme to the mechanics. Lane rolls in with his enforcers and starts diverting the cash flow to the Mining Co.
