The Mixer and You Had ONE Job!

If I have a dude with 3 bounty opposing The Mixer in a shootout and I use You Had ONE Job! to make my dude a stud, and then my opponent targets my dude with The Mixer’s Shootout ability, is my dude still a stud or is he returned to a draw?

Trying to understand if a “change to a stud” effect counts as a “bullet modifier”.

Yes. Changing from stud/draw is a bullet modifier. The mixer would turn that off as well.
