My favourite value is 2. Do I think is it the strongest one? No, it is most probably not, but Bottom Dealin’ is my favourite Cheatin’ Res, I also really like two deeds in this value: PP and GP, both Bluetick and Peacemaker are in the group of my favourite goods cards and lastly Mirror Mirror is my favourite spell, when I use Sloane hucksters.
Well it’s pretty hard to argue against some of the obvious favourites like 3s, 5s, 8s for example, but I really like playing 9s. Not that the cards are particularly good, but I think the actions are a bit underestimated and I enjoy playing cards that you do not see very often.
I also like that because of Rapier, Js are a lot more versatile than they were before.
I certainly feel secure when using lots of Qs and 10s, and I have a soft spot for 2s because of Bottom Dealin’ and Bluetick.
A’s and J’s because of reasons…
But seriously I’ve been writing up more decks with 6’s as one of the main values. Hot Lead Flyin’ and Faster on the Draw are soooo good. One Good Turn is also a solid choice. For hearts, you have Winchester Model 1873 and Dude-wise you have Bobo to fill it out holes your in faction dudes leave. The only downside I see are the deeds. Stagecoach Office is very underwhelming and R&D Ranch, based on your deck, is just OK. Killer Bunnies Casino & Flint’s Amusements are the only saving grace in the lineup.
