Good morning everyone! I wanted to thank all the event organizers and players for your continued support with Doomtown. While we’ve been hard at work getting Hell’s Comin’ With Me finalized (it’s our first set after the licensing agreement), we wanted to also make sure the next organized play series, the Peacekeeper Series (changed from previous plans of Dark Ages), gets up and running!
Applications will be posted next Friday, August 30, and the calendar of events will be a live document that will be updated as applications come in. The kit cost is now $30 plus shipping, which can be modified with additional items, as each organizer will be able to customize the kits with additionally offered items, which will be presented once the ordering portal is available. While we await the final results, it is safe to say that Sister Mary Gideon is one of the heroes of the battle to defend the Texas Rangers in Abram’s crusade against the Fourth Ring! This will be reflected in the fiction and due to the overwhelming results, she will be featured on an alternate Deadlands universe promotional card this year!
As we await the final events to wrap up, currently Enrique Dos Santos comes in as our second hero with Mortimer falling in battle, joined by Wylie Jenks; we shall see what the remaining votes end us with!
