As previously announced, we have one remaining Badge to be awarded from 2020. The Marshall Badge was initially going to be for UK Games Expo. Following the previous online badge events, we’d like to kick off 2021 awarding this badge after Welcome to Deadwood is shipped. This delay was so that we can allow you to enjoy the new cards and while this is a free virtual event, we encourage everyone to purchase the physical product through your FLGS or here.
Worldwide everyone is still stuck at home in various areas so we are encouraging online play. We expect conventions to return this summer and thus we will not be having in person kits available until then. We have exciting new kits currently being assembled with a Control/Influence tracker, stud/draw tokens, and revolver spinner pins in addition to newly planned cards similar to those in the Savage Lands Series kits. Several organizers are still holding onto these kits for use later this year.
We’ll be mailing out cards to those participating in the League and Badge event. The Google Forms for sign ups for both will be posted in this thread (UPDATE: Click here).
Note details for how the League will work will be posted when it starts.
For the Marshall event, you will have one week to play your swiss round game and it will otherwise follow the Doomtown floor rules with a slight extension on time (not as much as the GenCon event was).
The Google Forms doesn’t generate a receipt but I will be emailing everyone prior to getting started and post here to advise for late entries should the case be that some of them were not recorded.
